The Park Avenue Experience

First Conversation

Most clients come to us either in response to one of our advertisements or as a referral from another Park Avenue client. During your first conversation with your Account Executive, you should expect him or her to ask some questions about your goals and objectives so he or she can make the best recommendations possible.

The Purchase

Once you have decided on which products you would like to purchase, your Account Executive
will draft a transaction ticket which will then be provided to our client services department. A recorded confirmation call will be completed with you during which we will verify the products, pricing, and shipping information to ensure everything is recorded accurately.

Order Processing

After we receive your timely payment, your order will be processed and shipped to you. Your coins and/or bullion will be fully insured until you sign for it.

Special Requests
