Return Policy – 100% satisfaction guarantee!
1. All coins guaranteed genuine. All certified coins are guaranteed as to grade and authenticity by the respective grading service.
2. All coins come with an unconditional five-day return privilege from the day you receive the coin (unless a sight unseen deal is negotiated in writing). You must call 800-992-9881 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within the examination period. All transactions are final after the return period expires.
3. All returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with the RAN printed in plain sight. All returns should be shipped with sufficient postage and insurance for your protection. We recommend a Return Receipt Requested for your proof.
Payment Policy: Personal Checks:
Your personal check is always welcome, however Bank Wire is faster and allows for immediate shipping. Please call 1-888-419-7136 to obtain our wire transfer information via email or if you have any questions regarding wire transfer payment.
Personal checks may be held at our discretion for up to ten business days.
There is a $50 service fee for all unpaid/insufficient checks, for any reason.
Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks usually shipped same day. As with all written forms of payment, they are subject to verification and may be subject to a holding period if there is any question as to the validity.

Our advertised prices are for cash payment via check or wire transfer. We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for a 3.5% fee for your convenience. Credit Card Orders receive priority handling from the moment your order is received.
Our lay-away policy is available for coins valued over $1,000. We require deposits by check or money order.
$1000-$5000 – A 50% non-refundable deposit will be accepted and the balance will be due in 30 days.
$5000 or more – A 1/3 non-refundable deposit will be accepted and the balance will be split over two months. We offer extended payment plans at a rate of 1% interest per month – please call to discuss the details.
There is a 15% restocking fee for any cancelled lay-away plan.
